Chairman, Al Islah Center

“Serving humanity is not just our duty; it is our purpose.”

Al-Islah Center is playing a vital role in shaping individuals for the guidance of the nation and society. Many of the children here have excelled in the armed forces, medical, educational sectors, and other government institutions. History bears witness to the fact that many of those who brought about revolutions in the world were those who faced hardships and orphanhood.

The life of our Beloved Prophet Hazrath Muhammad ﷺ is the best example of this. His father passed away before his birth, and at the age of six, he lost his mother as well. His upbringing was carried out by his grandfather, Abdul Muttalib, and later by his uncle, Abu Talib. Despite facing orphanhood and numerous hardships, he ﷺ transformed society from the darkness of ignorance to the light of knowledge through his great personality, noble character, and divine guidance.

Similarly, there have been many figures in Islamic history who, despite their orphanhood, not only changed their own circumstances through hard work and determination but also served the Muslim Ummah. One such great personality is Salahuddin Ayyubi (RA), a legendary military commander of the Islamic world, who played an unforgettable role in liberating Jerusalem. His mother passed away during his youth, but through his strategic brilliance, courage, and unwavering determination, he made an indelible mark in Islamic history.

Another example is Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal (RA). Imam Ahmad was also an orphan. His father passed away before his birth. With the guidance of his mother and his tireless efforts, he achieved excellence in the sciences of Hadith and Fiqh, securing a prominent place in Islamic history. His life serves as a shining example for orphaned children, showing how determination, hard work, and trust in Allah can elevate a person to great heights.

Al-Islah Center has become a beacon of hope for these orphaned children, widows and the needy. This institution is dedicated to nurturing these children’s personalities, educating them, and building their character, aiming to make them valuable citizens of society. We believe that caring for orphans, assisting widows, and looking after the disabled and underprivileged is a noble act and a continuous charity.

By the grace of Allah, we have also started the registration of volunteers to allow more people to join our mission. You too can be a part of this noble cause. You can contribute by sponsoring an orphan, assisting a widow, or offering your volunteer services. Let us dedicate our resources and abilities to this mission and encourage our family and friends to join us so that, together, we can provide a ray of hope for a brighter future for society.

Let us all work together to build a society based on justice, love, and a bright future, which will be a source of light and prosperity for generations to come.
